Concurrent connections
Concurrent connections are the live connections open at the same time. They measure simultaneous connectivity rather than the number of registered or monthly active users.

How it works
One person can consume several connections through multiple tabs or devices, while an inactive account consumes none. A connection can carry multiple channel subscriptions, so channels and sockets are different capacity dimensions. Estimate peak overlap, not just total audience size.
In a Pubb integration
Pubb plans define concurrent connection capacity shared across a workspace's applications. Reusing a client within an application view can avoid accidentally creating a new socket for every component.

Two hundred people with two open tabs each may create about four hundred simultaneous sockets. A single socket subscribed to three channels is still one connection.
