Using this website

You may browse the website, use the examples to learn about Pubb, and download resources for their stated purposes. Use the website lawfully and respect the rights of other people.

Browsing this website does not create a paid subscription. Paid service starts after payment is confirmed. No uptime service-level agreement is included in these standard plans.

Plans and capacity

Subscriptions apply to one workspace, with capacity shared by its applications. The pricing page specifies monthly USD prices, connection capacity, throughput and payload limits. Paid plans have no monthly message quota and no automatic usage overage charges. Unlimited monthly messages do not mean unlimited concurrent connections, bandwidth or operation rate.

Free includes one million message operations per UTC calendar month. An accepted channel publication counts once, plus one delivery attempt for each subscribed connection selected at acceptance. An attempt does not guarantee receipt. Internal control traffic does not consume the monthly quota. Requests above capacity may be rejected; check API errors and retry guidance.

Billing and cancellation

Polar provides checkout and billing as our merchant of record. Your checkout shows the recurring price and applicable taxes before you pay. Paid plans renew monthly unless canceled. Workspace owners can use Billing & Usage to open the customer portal, manage payments, view invoices, change plans or cancel renewal.

Cancellation retains access through the paid period. After that period, or after a subscription is revoked, Free capacity applies. Existing applications are retained; additional applications require available plan capacity. The portal shows applicable charges for plan changes. Contact us using the details below for billing problems or refund requests. Mandatory rights are unaffected.

Realtime delivery

Pubb is a realtime delivery service for connected clients. An accepted publication is not a delivery receipt. Slow or disconnected clients may miss events. Pending events expire after 60 seconds instead of being replayed indefinitely. Keep durable application state in your own system and refresh it after reconnecting.

Acceptable use

Do not use the website to distribute malicious code, interfere with its availability, bypass access controls, obtain information you are not authorized to access, or misrepresent an association with Pubb. Automated access must respect published restrictions and must not disrupt the service.

Do not enter app secrets, authentication credentials, or personal information into public examples. The interactive event console on the landing page is a local browser demonstration and does not publish events to a production application.

Documentation and examples

Examples illustrate integration patterns and may need changes for your framework, deployment, and security requirements. You are responsible for reviewing code, protecting credentials, and testing an integration before using it in production.

Product descriptions may evolve. The plan and checkout describe the capacity and price you select; no additional delivery or uptime guarantee is implied.

Content and brand assets

Pubb and its licensors retain their rights in the website content, branding, and other materials. You may use the supplied brand assets to identify or refer accurately to Pubb, following the Brand Guidelines. Do not imply sponsorship or endorsement that has not been agreed.

Software, fonts, and third-party materials supplied under separate licenses remain subject to those licenses. These terms do not replace rights granted by an applicable open-source license.

Privacy and cookies

The Privacy Policy explains how information associated with visits to this website is handled. The Cookie Policy explains browser storage and how to manage your preferences. Accepting these website terms does not provide consent to optional tracking.

External services

Links to other websites or to the separate Pubb application may lead to services with their own terms and privacy notices. Review those notices before providing information or creating an account.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it may be updated, interrupted, or temporarily unavailable. Information and demonstrations are provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not give additional warranties about their suitability for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the website changes. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Material changes affecting an existing contractual arrangement will be handled under that arrangement and applicable law.
